Andrew McCutchen has more than one reason to be excited about the National League wild-card game.

Petrina McCutchen, the slugger's mother, will sing the national anthem prior to Wednesday's game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Chicago Cubs, according to Michael Sanserino of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

This isn't the first time Petrina has belted out the anthem in front of her son, as she sang for a packed house at PNC Park during the Pirates' home opener last season.

She also sang the anthem in Pittsburgh in 2013.
