Minnesota Twins rookie Miguel Sano is a mountain of a man who showcased his incredible strength on Thursday.
In the third inning of the Twins game against the Tampa Bay Rays, the 6-foot-4, 260-pound beast demolished a Drew Smyly pitch that caromed off the catwalk in center field.

The shot - estimated at 425 feet - wound up being a long RBI double.
Minnesota wound up losing the game 5-4, so hitting the catwalk was costly as the Twins badly needed a win in their attempt to stay in the hunt for the American League wild card.
The Twins currently sit a 1/2 game back of the Texas Rangers.
