Analysis:

Sanchez's activation brings some much-needed help to Toronto's bullpen. Despite command issues during his rehab assignment, Sanchez was able to consistently reach mid-to-high 90s on his fastball and is now ready to return to the Blue Jays. Toronto optioned Steve Delabar to Triple-A Buffalo in a corresponding move Saturday.
