VIDEO: Royals' Alcides Escobar smokes a bunt double

The ball didn't reach the pitcher's mound, and at one point, it ended up in foul territory.
But when all was said and done, Kansas City Royals shortstop Alcides Escobar finished the play with a double.
Down 5-4 to the Tampa Bay Rays with two out in the bottom of the eighth inning, Escobar squared for a drag bunt. He popped it up, not knowing it was the best thing that could have happened to him in that moment.

Escobar was stranded on second, but the Royals hit a walk-off grand slam one inning later to win the first game of their Tuesday doubleheader.
