VIDEO: White Sox manager Ventura to the rescue as Flowers flips over railing

David Banks / USA TODAY Sports

It's a manager's job to be there in every capacity for his players, but Robin Ventura went above and beyond the call of duty Friday night.

The Chicago White Sox skipper saved his catcher Tyler Flowers from suffering a potentially serious injury when he flipped over the railing near the dugout while chasing a pop-up.

Ventura - who clearly has incredible hand-eye coordination as evidenced by his six Gold Gloves during his playing days - ironically caught Flowers in position to hit the finishing move of one of professional wrestling's greatest stars - The Undertaker and his tombstone piledriver.
