Jonathan Lucroy: (Toe) Could Join Team Next Week

Lucroy (toe) indicated he expects to begin playing again by the next road trip at the latest, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Lucroy continues to work his way back, and it appears he's finally on the verge of a return. He's expected to undergo an X-ray on Monday, and if all checks out, he could go on a short minor league rehab assignment before rejoining the Brewers as early as next weekend.
