Garrett Richards: (Knee) Will Start Sunday

Richards (knee) will start Sunday against the Astros, Alden Gonzalez of MLB.com reports.

Analysis:

This was expected, with the right-hander working up to 91 pitches in his rehab start with Triple-A Salt Lake on Tuesday, but the team has officially cleared Richards to return for the finale against Houston. Before going down with the injury last season, he went 13-4 with a 2.61 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 164:51 K:BB. He's someone most owners will want active from the get-go.
