Dodgers' Puig not in lineup for 3rd consecutive game with hamstring injury

The Los Angeles Dodgers are continuing to play it safe with Yasiel Puig.
The Cuban is not in Don Mattingly's starting lineup for a third consecutive game Friday night versus the Colorado Rockies as he continues to nurse a tight left hamstring. Mattingly will closely monitor Puig's status throughout the weekend.
Mattingly not sure if Puig will play tomorrow. Might be able to PH tonight.

Andre Ethier will join Carl Crawford and Joc Pederson in the outfield for the series opener.
Puig is hitting .222 with two home runs and three RBIs in 27 at-bats.
