Analysis:

The right-hander returned to mound work Monday, tossing 20 pitches at about 70 percent, and doubled his workload Saturday in his second of three scheduled bullpen sessions. Battling back from pneumonia, Colome will open the year on the DL, and it's expected he will remain out for a week or two beyond his earliest possible activation date of April 11.
