MLB Game Summary - St. Louis at Detroit

Lakeland, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Jordan Lennerton's RBI double in the eighth inning helped the Detroit Tigers rally for a 4-3 win over the St. Louis Cardinals in Grapefruit League play on Saturday.

Miguel Cabrera crushed a two-run home run in the first inning, and Alex Avila added a solo shot in the seventh for the Tigers. Shane Greene allowed three runs -- one earned -- on three hits with three walks and six strikeouts in five innings on the mound.

Randal Grichuk drove in a run and Jhonny Peralta had two hits for the Cardinals. Lance Lynn allowed two runs on six hits while striking out five in five innings on the hill.
