Top pitching prospect Aaron Nola threw three shutout innings for the Phillies after closer Jonathan Papelbon started the game and pitched a scoreless first.

Nola, the No. 7 overall draft pick last year, gave up three singles and two doubles but struck out four and walked none in his outing.

The Yankees scored seven runs in the fifth inning and three in the sixth.
