MLB Game Summary - Tampa Bay at Minnesota

Fort Myers, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Matt Andriese tossed five scoreless innings to lead the Tampa Bay Rays over the Minnesota Twins, 2-1, on Wednesday afternoon.

Andriese allowed three hits, struck out six and walked one for the Rays, who won the game thanks to a two-out, ninth-inning infield hit by Leonardo Reginatto that scored Joey Butler from third.

Kennys Vargas went 2-for-3 with a homer for the Twins.

Kyle Gibson started for Minnesota and yielded just one run on two hits, striking out seven and walking two, in six frames.
