Phillips is 100 percent healthy, according to his manager Bryan Price, John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Analysis:

Phillips has been fairly snakebitten the last few years, and his 33 years of age and position don't alleviate that concern. It's good his manager believes in his ability to stay on the field and deliver value, but he's still a draft risk. He has hit .263/.308/.386 with 26 home runs and seven stolen bases in the last two seasons, which is still pretty decent for a second baseman but nowhere near his old peak as a 20-20 guy.
