Analysis:
For a third consecutive year, Constanza's name was included among the Braves' September callups in 2014, though he only saw four at-bats after the promotion. Constanza has plenty of speed and has shown an ability to get on base (.358 OBP) in parts of five seasons at Triple-A, but at 31, he's unlikely to ever be more than organizational filler.
