Amaro said the Phillies will send a staff member to Arkansas to watch Lee throw in the coming days. The Phillies are hoping Lee will prove he is healthy early next season in order to move him prior to the trade deadline. Lee made just 13 starts last season due to a flexor-pronator tendon strain in his elbow.
