Red Sox expected to introduce Ramirez, Sandoval at Tuesday press conference

Richard Mackson-USA TODAY Sports

The Boston Red Sox will presumably unveil their newest commodities Tuesday afternoon.

Boston is holding a press conference Tuesday at 1 p.m. ET, where it's expected the organization will introduce stars Pablo Sandoval and Hanley Ramirez.

The Red Sox have reportedly agreed to a five-year deal with Sandoval, who is leaving the San Francisco Giants after seven years. Ramirez, meanwhile, is said to have signed a four-year deal with a vesting option for an additional year.

Boston didn't wait long into the offseason to improve its club after a last-place finish in the American League East.

The team has also been linked to a pair of the game's top pitchers in left-handers Jon Lester and Cole Hamels.
