Harvey (elbow) will be on a yet-to-be-determined innings count this season, the NY Daily News reports.
Analysis:
The Mets are also deciding how best to reduce Harvey's innings total. New York could shut him down late in the season, like Washington did with Stephen Strasburg, have him start the season late, shelf him for a few weeks during the season or limit the length of his starts. Whichever method they have, Harvey won't pitch a full season's allotment of innings.
