PHOTO: Fan offers 1997 GMC truck for World Series tickets

In what would go down as the greatest trade of the season, one fan is offering his 17-year-old pickup in exchange for tickets to the biggest game of the year.

Courtesy of Joel Thorman of @ArrowheadPride, one Buckner, Mo., resident is putting up his truck for three lower-level seats to either Game 1 or Game 2 of the World Series. The tickets must be together in order to land this half-ton long bed.

In a Craigslist posting, the seller notes the truck was abandoned but has since been inspected and presumably approved for use by highway patrol. The fan adds that the truck is in need of some minor fixes to the rear brakes and actuator valve.

For anyone in the market for a '97 GMC pickup, but not in possession of World Series tickets, the truck can be had for $2,200 cash, nearly the cost of three standing room-only seats for Tuesday's series opener, according to StubHub.com.
