Braves manager: Decisions about coaching staff could come 'in the next couple days'

The future of the Atlanta Braves' coaching staff remains decidedly uncertain, but manager Fredi Gonzalez suggested Thursday that decisions could be coming shortly, according to ESPN.

Interim general manager John Hart is not sure that any moves are "imminent," though, Gonzalez said he believes "in the next couple days, we'll come up with something."

The Braves finished the 2014 season on a sour note, as a serious lack of offense dashed the club's postseason ambitions. The team's offensive woes prompted hitting coach Greg Walker to resign last week, creating a vacancy within Atlanta's coaching staff.

It remains unclear, however, if other members of the staff will retain their jobs, as Hart mentioned that he and Gonzalez "looked at all facets of the club, and we talked a lot about staff" on Wednesday.
