The crowd at Citizens Bank Park was decidedly hostile towards Atlanta Braves closer Craig Kimbrel during the ninth inning of Saturday's tilt against their beloved Philadelphia Phillies, mocking the unique mannerisms of one the game's elite relievers.

A contingent of fans behind home plate mimicked the 26-year-old's signature pre-delivery stance as he navigated an eventful ninth inning. Kimbrel, however, managed to work his way out of trouble and secure a 4-2 win for the Braves.

"It was quite funny after the fact," Kimbrel told MLB.com. "I'm actually glad I didn't see it while they were doing it because I might have laughed myself out there on the mound.

"I was locked in to doing what I was supposed to do," Kimbrel said. "But yeah, that was actually kind of funny."

Imitation, by the way, is the most sincere form of flattery.
