Adam Wainwright continues to be a model of consistency for the St. Louis Cardinals.

The right-hander tossed seven shutout innings against the Chicago Cubs on Monday, allowing three hits and one walk while striking out eight, en route to his 20th win of the season.

It's the second time in nine seasons that Wainwright has recorded 20 wins - he last hit the mark in 2010.

Year W-L IP ERA WHIP
