Jeter likely to play in all of Yankees remaining games

New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter isn't expected to get a rest during the final week of his 20th and final major league season.

"Obviously, some of those days are going to be DH days to keep him going, similar to what [Sunday] is," manager Joe Girardi told MLB.com. "He had Monday off, but now he's swinging the bat and I'm going to keep him in there."

While Jeter has proven to be somewhat of a liability both defensively and at the plate this season, the 40-year-old has discovered the fountain of youth during his final home stand at Yankee Stadium. In the last three games, Jeter is hitting .462/.462/.769 with one home run and a pair of RBI.

The Yankees wrap up a four-game series with the Toronto Blue Jays on Sunday, before hosting the Baltimore Orioles for four and finally wrapping up the season with a three-game set in Boston.
