Just when it seemed like Hamilton was close to turning the page on his shoulder injury, he's now come down with a chest/rib cage issue, which will keep out Friday for a third straight day. It reportedly hurts him just to breathe, and while the team hasn't suggested as much, it seems like something that could endanger his availability for the rest of the regular season.
