Derek Jeter deposited a very valuable souvenir over the left field wall at Yankee Stadium on Thursday night.
The New York Yankees shortstop - and future Hall of Famer - had hit just four home runs in his last 701 at-bats prior to taking Toronto Blue Jays knuckleballer R.A. Dickey deep on an 82-mph fastball in the sixth inning.

It was the first home run for Jeter in 158 at-bats, and his first in the Bronx since July 28, 2013, a span of 75 games dating back to last season.
The 40-year-old now has four home runs on the season and 260 for his career.
