Angel Pagan: (Back) MRI Comes Back Clean
Pagan (back) underwent an MRI on Wednesday, which was returned negative, Andrew Baggarly of CSNBayArea.com reports.
Analysis:
Although Pagan missed a third straight game Wednesday, he reported significant improvement and even told manager Bruce Bochy that he feels he can play Friday. With his MRI coming back clean, a return this weekend seems realistic, but the team could take precaution and hold him out for another couple days as to protect against a possible setback.
