The injury-ravaged San Francisco Giants received some phenomenal news Wednesday night regarding the health of their starting center fielder.
Good news on Pagan's MRI, Bochy said. Came back clean, Pagan much improved and feels he can play Friday.

Angel Pagan has been a spark plug for the Giants at the top of the order and his presence in the lineup is crucial to the team's playoff run.
The veteran is hitting .302 with three homers and 27 RBIs while stealing 15 bases through 95 games.
