Corey Kluber recorded his 10th strikeout of Tuesday's game against the San Diego Padres in the eighth inning when he fanned Jose Pirela on three straight pitches. The punchout set a new franchise record, giving Kluber a fifth straight start with 10 or more strikeouts.
