Diamondbacks' Paul Goldschmidt: Drives in three Wednesday

Goldschmidt went 3-for-4 with three RBI from two singles and a double in Wednesday's 8-5 loss to the Padres. He also scored once.

Goldschmidt has terrorized Padres pitching over the last two games for seven hits -- including two doubles and three home runs -- along with six RBI. A day off in the opening day of the series Monday, which was the first time the star first baseman has sat all season, seemed to have done wonders, as he's boosted his average 64 points with his efforts the last two nights.
