Bryce Harper strayed a little too far from second base, and the Atlanta Braves made him pay.

After Jayson Werth took a debatable called strike two in his fourth-inning at-bat, Braves backstop Kurt Suzuki noticed Harper venturing into no man's land between second and third and rifled a throw to third to trap the Washington Nationals superstar. Though Harper attempted to retreat to second, it was to no avail, as the 24-year-old suffered his first TOOTBLAN - "thrown out on the basepaths like a nincompoop" - of the young season.
