Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson is one of baseball's most potent hitters, and he's not shy about sharing his wisdom.
The 2015 American League MVP broke down his hitting mechanics during a lengthy segment on "MLB Central" on Thursday.
Donaldson, a three-time All-Star and two-time winner of a Silver Slugger, has belted 131 home runs over the past four seasons and owns a career slash line of .279/.366/.503.
