Cardinals' Randal Grichuk: Early tests indicate no fracture
Early tests indicate that Grichuk didn't suffer a broken hand when he was hit by a pitch Wednesday, but he may go for an X-ray Thursday, KMOV's J.J. Bailey reports.
Analysis:
There was an issue with the on-site X-ray machine Wednesday, so Grichuk was unable to undergo further tests, but if his hand is still an issue Thursday, he will indeed get an X-ray. Consider him day-to-day for now. Jose Martinez, Kolten Wong and Matt Adams would be options to get starts in left field if Grichuk has to miss time.
