Report: Decision on Familia suspension to come down Wednesday

The New York Mets will not have to wait much longer regarding the status of Jeurys Familia, as MLB is expected to announce a decision on a possible suspension for the right-hander at some point Wednesday, a source told Mike Puma of the New York Post.
The reliever was arrested in October for a domestic violence incident, though charges against the 27-year-old were eventually dropped at his wife's request.
Familia is still expected be suspended for the episode, however, though the potential discipline is expected to be lighter than the 30-game ban handed to Aroldis Chapman last season after his own domestic violence incident.
