Marlins' Jeff Locke: Will open season on disabled list
Locke (biceps) is in line to begin the season the disabled list, MLB.com's Joe Frisaro reports.
Analysis:
Locke has been able to throw off a mound in recent days, but since he wasn't able to get any Grapefruit League appearances under his belt before Opening Day, it was a foregone conclusion that he would be DL bound. Once he proves he's healthy, Locke may have to settle for long-relief duty with the big club.
