Rays' Nick Franklin: Scratched Tuesday with illness

Franklin was scratched from the Rays' Grapefruit League lineup for Tuesday's game against the Twins due to an illness, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Franklin's removal from the lineup looks precautionary, so he shouldn't need more than a day or two to recover.
