Watch: Cubs' Andreoli throws out Reds' Barnhart at 1st base from OF

Nothing was going right for the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday against the Chicago Cubs when they were thrashed by the defending World Series champions 22-4.

Even what looked to be a surefire single for catcher Tucker Barnhart was denied by Cubs outfielder John Andreoli.

Andreoli fielded a liner off the bat of the Reds catcher from right field in the sixth inning and threw an absolute laser to first base to crush Barnhart's dreams of getting on base.

Sorry, Reds, but Sunday just wasn't your day.
