Tigers' Anthony Gose: May convert to pitcher

Gose will play the outfield and do some throwing on the side Sunday with the possibility of converting to a pitcher, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.

Analysis:

Gose was primarily a pitcher during high school and reportedly featured a mid-90s fastball. He approached the Tigers about the potential position change, so it seems that it's something he is serious about. The 26-year-old was reassigned to minor league camp Sunday.
