Tigers reassign Gose to minor-league camp

Anthony Gose was reassigned to minor league camp on Sunday.

Analysis:

Gose was competing for the starting center fielder role, but this move means Mikie Mahtook, Tyler Collins and possibly JaCoby Jones will likely split time there. Gose is out of options, so he'll have to clear waivers to be sent to the minor leagues to begin the season. If he does clear waivers, expect to see him at Triple-A Toledo.
