Brandon Phillips, the longtime Cincinnati Reds second baseman traded this offseason to his native Atlanta, put his considerable defensive chops on display Thursday at Champion Stadium, where the four-time Gold Glover started a slick, seventh-inning double play with a diving stab that was followed by a sensational behind-the-back flip to shortstop Dansby Swanson.
Get used to this kind of thing, Braves fans.
