Orioles' Darren O'Day: Looking strong this spring

O'Day has allowed just one run on four hits while assembling an impressive 10:1 K:BB through six Grapefruit League innings.

Analysis:

Manager Buck Showalter took a reserved approach in rolling out the veteran this spring, but O'Day has been strong in his six appearances. In his first four seasons with Baltimore (2012-15), the submarine right-hander managed a 1.92 ERA and 0.94 WHIP over 263 innings. O'Day had his 2016 campaign plagued by injuries, but the 34-year-old appears ready to rebound with Opening Day quickly approaching.
