Braves' Bartolo Colon: Works three innings Wednesday

Colon allowed one run on one hit and two walks over three innings while striking out three in Wednesday's Grapefruit League game against the Phillies.

Analysis:

The seemingly ageless Colon pitched at least 190 innings and won at least 14 games for the fourth straight season last year, and while he might not get the run support in Atlanta that he did with the Mets, the 43-year-old is still expected to provide the rebuilding Braves with a steady foundation for their rotation in 2017.
