Nationals' Koda Glover: Throws scoreless inning

Glover (hip) worked a shutout inning in spring action Thursday, and his hip hasn't been a problem so far, Chelsea Janes of The Washington Post reports.

Analysis:

Of course, as Janes added, the club and the pitcher must keep monitoring it heading into Opening Day. If it's in the past, however, Glover has the power stuff to establish a prominent place in the Nationals' closer competition. He's worth adding to late-round lists for saves sleepers.
