Bautista look-a-like Pompey may sign 'Joey Bats' autographs
When Dalton Pompey decided to grow a thick beard heading into spring training, he surely didn't think he would be mistaken for Toronto Blue Jays teammate Jose Bautista, but it appears he was wrong.
Pompey is confusing people at camp by wearing a similar beard to Bautista, and has also been the butt of a number of Joey Bats look-a-like jokes as well.
The wisecracks appear to be warranted.
If he continues to get mistaken for Bautista, Pompey said Tuesday he's going to start handing out Joey Bats autographs to everyone who makes the error.

The pair will both be roaming the Blue Jays' outfield in spring camp, although Bautista is assured a spot in the team's outfielder, while Pompey is fighting to make the big-league club.
