Right-hander Joba Chamberlain appears to have found a new home, reportedly agreeing to a deal with the Milwaukee Brewers according to sources per Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports.

Terms haven't been revealed, but it's likely to be a minor-league contract, per Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

After struggling with inconsistency at the major-league level the past several seasons, Chamberlain performed well with the Cleveland Indians in limited time last year. The 31-year-old appeared in 20 games posting a 2.25 ERA, but struggled with his control, issuing five walks per nine innings. He was released by the Indians in July after refusing a minor-league assignment.

Chamberlain owns a 3.81 ERA, 1.379 WHIP, and 546 strikeouts over 385 career appearances (43 starts) with four teams.

The Brewers have been busy adding to their bullpen of late. On Thursday they signed closer Neftali Feliz to a one-year, $5.35-million contract.
