Report: Dodgers expressing interest in Todd Frazier

The Chicago White Sox are open for business.

General manager Rick Hahn finally pulled the trigger on a blockbuster deal Tuesday, sending Chris Sale to the Boston Red Sox, and now it's anticipated several other veteran White Sox will be on the move.

Todd Frazier is among those most likely to be dealt, with the Los Angeles Dodgers expressing interest in trading for the veteran third baseman, a source told Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.

The two-time All-Star is coming off a season in which he hit .225/.302/.464 with 40 home runs, 21 doubles, 98 RBIs, and 163 strikeouts in 158 games. Frazier is expected to earn $13.5 million in his final year of arbitration.

It's believed the Dodgersè primary focus is to re-sign third baseman Justin Turner, with Frazier serving as a potential alternative.
