The Seattle Mariners added some help to the bullpen Friday, signing left-handed reliever Marc Rzepczynski to a two-year, $11-million deal.
Seattle will be the seventh stop on the MLB circuit for Rzepczynski, having previously played for the Blue Jays, Cardinals, Indians, Padres, Athletics, and Nationals.
Rzepczynski split last season between Oakland and Washington, going 1-0 with a 2.64 ERA and 1.573 WHIP in 47 2/3 innings pitched over 70 appearances.
