Chicago Cubs closer Aroldis Chapman appeared to come up limping after covering first base on Francisco Lindor's ground ball to end the seventh inning.

After being checked out by trainers Chapman slowly walked off the field. He returned to pitch the eighth inning, and appeared to flex his left leg as he walked to the mound for his warmup pitches, according to Newsday's David Lennon. The 28-year-old eventually completed 1 1/3 innings and threw 20 pitches before being lifted after allowing a leadoff walk to begin the ninth inning.
