Cubs' calendar may have predicted Schwarber's comeback
The date might've been set this whole time for Kyle Schwarber's extraordinary return to the Chicago Cubs' lineup.
After the slugger was confirmed to be in the Cubs' order for Game 1 of the World Series against the Cleveland Indians, some sharp-eyed fans noticed that their official team calendar had Schwarber tabbed to feature in October for a while now:

Schwarber tore his ACL and LCL in only the second game of the regular season after colliding with teammate Dexter Fowler while tracking a fly ball. He missed a combined 190 games between the regular season and playoffs in 2016.
