The Toronto Blue Jays just can't solve Andrew Miller.

The Cleveland Indians reliever - armed with a weaving slider that's left nearly the entirety of Toronto's lineup swinging at air - set a new ALCS record in Game 3 Monday when he fanned his 11th batter of the series, Russell Martin, in the seventh inning.

He didn't stop there, either, as he struck out another two Blue Jays batters to up his record total to 13 punchouts as Cleveland held on for the 4-2 win.

Miller has been on a tear in the ALCS, and he's been one of the biggest factors in Cleveland's 3-0 series lead over Toronto. The southpaw came out of the bullpen in Game 1 and struck out five of the six batters he faced over 1 2/3 innings while allowing only one hit.

He followed that performance with a similar one in Game 2, fanning another five hitters in two innings, though no Blue Jays batters reached base safely against him that time.
