Bautista gets unwelcome reception from Rangers fans

MLB.com

As expected, public enemy No. 1, Jose Bautista, received quite a reaction from Texas Rangers fans when he came to the plate in the first inning of Game 1 of the ALDS on Thursday.

Amid a chorus of incredibly loud boos and a sign telling him not to mess with Rougned Odor, the Toronto Blue Jays' outfielder flew out to left fielder Carlos Gomez to end the inning, pleasing the sold-out audience in the process.

Bautista was responsible for the bat flip heard 'round the world against the Rangers during Game 5 of the ALDS at the Rogers Centre last season, and was the recipient of a right hook to the jaw from Odor earlier this season.
