There's a good chance Ryan Howard's days in Philadelphia are over.

After 13 years in a Phillies uniform, Howard has accomplished a lot for the Philly faithful, but in 2006, his third year with the club, he did something pretty special.

A then-26-year-old Howard belted a career-high 58 home runs, a single-season franchise record.

On Sunday, during the final game of the regular season, Howard's son, Darien, placed a plaque on the exact location where Howard hit his 58th home run.

Following the presentation, Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt, the only Phillies player with more homers than Howard, presented him with the same plaque.
